वो जो शायर था चुप सा रहता था
बहकी-बहकी सी बातें करता था
आँखें कानों पे रख के सुनता था
गूँगी खामोशियों की आवाज़ें!
जमा करता था चाँद के साए
और गीली सी नूर की बूँदें
रूखे-रूखे से रात के पत्ते
ओक में भर के खरखराता था
वक़्त के इस घनेरे जंगल में
कच्चे-पक्के से लम्हे चुनता था
हाँ वही, वो अजीब सा शायर
रात को उठ के कोहनियों के बल
चाँद की ठोड़ी चूमा करता था
चाँद से गिर के मर गया है वो
लोग कहते हैं ख़ुदकुशी की है |
Do not trust anybody else. Do work on your own, do not procrastinate, understand the entire mechanism, take decisions, be open to suggestions, try and reach to the root of the problems and finalize things yourself.
At least your faults will be your own. You won’t be held responsible for other’s faults.
EDUCATION has become a mode of eradication of poverty. Yes, it would uplift the sections suffering from poverty, but its true nature is pursuit of reality. Money is just a by-product and education ensures that one gets decent standard of living.
Today I killed myself. I DCPd. I was of the opinion that until you have something fruitful to add, one should remain quiet. My thoughts were flared by quotes like “It takes a great man to acknowledge his mistakes, and a greater man to keep his mouth shut when he is right”.
All my life I have been practicing this, but oflate I have realised that what I wanted was probably not greatness (and definitely not in the manner the soothsayers meant).
*This should be read in the light of the view that nothing in this world remains permanent except change.
